Buyers - There's nothing we take more seriously than helping people find new homes they love. That's why we have access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in three different areas, keeping you informed of new listings from virtually any MLS Company. We'll also spend time learning your personal real estate needs, based on the following areas; your preferred price range, what style of home you want, what area(s) you want to look in, what extras you would like, determine what you will qualify for, your preferred down payment, your preferred monthly payment, which types of finances are best for you, and how you can get a mortgage.

Sellers - HOW DOES THE COMMISSION WORK? The commission will vary depending on who procures the buyer. Our exclusive right to sell listing contract will not lock you into a fixed commission rate. The commission will be 1.5 % paid when the seller finds the buyer for their home and Value Real Estate Services facilitates the transaction. The commission will be 3.5% paid when a Value Real Estate Services agent finds the buyer for your home and no outside brokerage is involved in the transaction. The agent(s) will handle both the seller and buyer sides of the transaction. The commission will be 4.5% paid when an outside brokerage (not Value Real Estate Services) is representing the buyer that purchases a home listed by Value Real Estate Services.

It is important to know that Value Real Estate Services is committed to paying a 2.7% commission to any outside brokerage that represents a buyer that buys a property offered by Value Real Estate Services, LLC.

Our Full Service assists first by going over the complete selling process, without the technical language. After understanding the selling process we'll perform a complete comparative market analysis. This process will help determine the list and target prices. We'll then prepare a marketing plan for your property. During the entire process we encourage open lines of communication with the client. Finally, we'll present and explain the entire purchase agreement.
